Donny

As a successful Realtor and lead of Team Mangos, a top producing real estate team in Toronto, Donny has spent years working directly with landlords, investors, tradespeople, and most importantly with tenants.

As a landlord and property investor, Donny is the exact client profile for the Keep It Managed solution. Too busy to be available for a growing portfolio of investment properties and partnerships, while working full time and being a father to young children.

In many ways, Keep It Managed was born out of necessity. Donny’s high standards for his investment properties meant that something had to give if he wasn’t around to be the full-time property manager. In order to be who his tenants needed him to be and in order to continue to work towards positive and mutually-rewarding relationships with his tenants, he needed help. And with that realization, Keep It Managed was created and its first client secured.

Serge, CPM

Serge is our very active hands-on property manager. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). The CPM is an elite, globally-recognized property management designation.

Serge manages hundreds of rental homes and has incredible experience landlords and tenants. He knows what’s right and what’s not under our Landlord and Tenant Board. He understands what responsibilities are required by all parties and maintains that fairness in application of all touch points.

Plainly put, Serge is perfectly suited for this role.

Kimberly

At the heart of the administration end is the multi-talented Kimberly Lam. She’s always acutely aware of the status of issues and resolutions required by Keep It Managed. We’re thrilled Kimberly is a part of this growing business and thankful for her incredible attention to detail.
