We make a trade when we decide to work together. For a 5% fee (of your tenanted investment property), we handle almost everything with the maintenance coordination and management. When there’s a problem, we’re there so you don’t have to be.

Even better news? This fee is entirely a taxable write-off to you, the investor. After-taxes, this decision costs you far less than 5% of monthly rent.
